Weddings
At Kings Highway Christian Church we are happy to welcome those who
are not currently members of our congregation to use our sanctuary
for wedding services.
Our sanctuary was built in 1923, and is one of
only two Protestant churches in Shreveport listed on the National
Register of Historic Places. It comfortably seats 300, with
parking for 130 vehicles. Its classical Romanesque design and
its unique architectural features make it a beautiful location for
both daytime and evening weddings.
For all wedding ceremonies we do require that:
-one of our church’s ministers conduct
the wedding service
-the couple complete premarital counseling
-all other aspects of our wedding policy
are followed.
